• Deposits and initial payments are generally non-refundable once project planning or work begins, as they cover resources and setup.
• Milestone payments are refundable only if we materially fail to deliver the agreed milestone, subject to review and deduction for work completed.
• For completed and accepted deliverables, no refunds apply.
• If you cancel a project, we may retain payments for work performed and charge a reasonable cancellation fee (up to 20% of the remaining project value).
• Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. We will review within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original method within 5-10 business days.
